Lukas Immanuel Holz
Founder & CEO
Lukas brings extensive transaction experience from his tenure in Chemicals M&A at Stifel, where he serviced deals with a combined Enterprise Value exceeding €1 billion. His track record includes landmark mandates such as the €250M sale of Kemira’s Oil & Gas business to Sterling/Artek and the €200M sale of Schmid Silicon Technology to Group14. Beyond large-cap transactions, he has advised on numerous early-stage biotech and SME deals and has supported multiple M&A boutiques as an external project lead.
His professional foundation is built on prior stations at HSBC, PwC, and Commerzbank. Lukas holds a Master in Finance from Nova School of Business & Economics and a BSc from Ruhr-University Bochum (RUB). He also studied developmental biology and worked at the German Cancer Research Centre (DKFZ). Currently, he is a PhD candidate at Goethe University Frankfurt, focusing his research on strategic management and transaction dynamics within the biotech sector.
Beyond M&A, Lukas supports NGOs and charities as pro-bono advisor, mentors young professionals, and works closely with ventures within the Rhine-Main biotech cluster.
Louisa Cajaty Lopes
Louisa leads BridgeIt, a Lisbon advisory specializing in EU internationalization and ESG governance. A Brazilian-Portuguese economist and Nova SBE alumna, she currently serves as an EU Funds Specialist at AICEP. Her professional background at Mercer and Gato Bravo enables her to bridge global economic theory with practical European market entry and SME digitalization.
